Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error-correction protocols to enhance qubit stability in 2026-era systems
- Collaborate on quantum hardware-software integration projects
- Lead research initiatives in topological quantum computing
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent development
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related quantum field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published record in quantum algorithm development
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or topological quantum computing
- Ability to work cross-functionally with hardware and software teams
