Responsibilities

- Publish high-impact research in Nature/Science journals and present at global conferences
- Mentor cross-functional teams translating quantum theory into commercial applications
- Secure $5M+ in research grants through NSF and DARPA partnerships
- Architect quantum security frameworks for Fortune 100 clients
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and NISQ hardware
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Mastery of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and error correction protocols
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks (PennyLane, TensorFlow Quantum)
