Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols

- Develop quantum machine learning models for real-world applications
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to bridge theory and practical quantum systems
- Secure research funding through competitive grant applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and complex analysis
- Experience with quantum error correction techniques
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
