- Mentor PhD researchers and publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of research experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals or equivalent top-tier publications
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological quantum computing
- Experience securing government/military research grants (DARPA, NSF, etc.)
- Strong background in machine learning integration with quantum systems
