Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Lead quantum hardware integration with classical supercomputing clusters
- Develop error-correction protocols for million-qubit systems
- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum security frameworks
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information theory
- File 2-3 patents annually in quantum computing innovations
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction (surface/colour codes)
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 100 qubits
- Familiarity with NISQ-era constraints and mitigation strategies
- Experience securing $1M+ quantum research grants
