Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures for commercial deployment
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for 100+ qubit systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Establish quantum security frameworks for enterprise clients
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top quantum computing journals
- Drive quantum-classical hybrid computing initiatives
- Secure $50M+ in research partnerships with national labs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years building quantum systems with >50 qubits
- Expertise in superconducting qubit technology
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum SDKs
- Experience securing DoD/NASA quantum contracts
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
