Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for next-gen processors
- Lead hybrid quantum-classical system integration for enterprise clients
- Develop quantum algorithms targeting 2026 industry challenges (materials science, climate modeling)
- Architect secure quantum communication networks with zero-trust frameworks
- Mentor a team of quantum engineers and researchers
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit scalability and coherence optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum information theory
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
