Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for cryptography and simulation problems
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving >99.9% qubit fidelity
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical systems
- Create quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography standards
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Author white papers on quantum supremacy benchmarks and industry adoption strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or error-correction systems
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing breakthroughs
- Expertise in Q#, Qiskit, or quantum circuit design tools
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and control electronics
- Proven track record of leading cross-quantum-disciplinary teams
- Patents in quantum computing or information theory preferred
