Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum algorithms solving optimization, simulation, and cryptography challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams integrating quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Research and prototype quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant computation
- Architect cloud-native quantum platforms with 10+ qubit coherence times
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum gate operations
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and error correction
- Published research in top quantum computing journals or conferences
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Experience leading technical teams through quantum system deployments
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware limitations and mitigation strategies
