Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for enterprise applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on quantum programming (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
