Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum computing architectures optimized for error correction and scalability
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Establish quantum security protocols for 2026-era data protection
- Create quantum algorithms for machine learning and optimization problems
- Present quantum roadmap strategies to C-suite executives
- Partner with quantum hardware vendors to co-develop next-generation processors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 10+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and circuit design
- Proven experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in quantum error correction techniques
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience leading technical teams in quantum computing environments
