Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures leveraging superconducting qubits and topological systems
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for industrial-scale quantum processors
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum gate performance and coherence times
- Research and implement novel quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization
- Document quantum system architectures and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in superconducting qubit manipulation and control systems
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
