Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for AI model optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Develop novel error-correction techniques for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to interface quantum processors with classical AI stacks
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum-AI methodologies
- Present findings at international conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in Python, Qiskit, and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of machine learning architectures (CNNs, transformers)
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals
- Experience leading research teams of 5+ members
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
