Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Lead R&D in fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical AI frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum AI into production systems
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum-AI methodologies
- Secure patents for novel quantum-AI protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar)
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Publication record in quantum machine learning or AI research
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
