Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect hybrid quantum-classical neural networks capable of solving complex optimization problems intractable for classical computers.
- Algorithm Optimization: Refine quantum gate operations to minimize error rates and maximize coherence times within deep learning models.
- System Integration: Bridge the gap between quantum hardware architectures and existing AI software stacks.
- Research Leadership: Publish high-impact papers and lead internal R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and quantum engineers in best practices and innovative methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- AI Foundation: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and tensor calculus.
- Programming: Advanced proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA.
