Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical AI architectures for enterprise-scale solutions
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning algorithms and error correction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum systems with cloud infrastructure
- Develop proprietary frameworks for quantum neural networks and optimization

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and AI frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum/AI research or commercial deployments
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics and quantum information theory
