Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for the 'Project 2026' transition, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect and oversee the development of high-scale distributed systems using cloud-native technologies.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically in Generative AI and Quantum computing applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable software products from concept to deployment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in modern frontend frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
