Responsibilities
- Safely walk and supervise dogs (1-4 dogs per group) in designated Charlotte neighborhoods
- Implement training techniques learned during paid certification program
- Maintain detailed pet care logs and communicate with owners via our app
- Monitor pets for health and behavioral changes; report concerns promptly
- Adhere to strict safety protocols during all outdoor activities
- Build strong client relationships through exceptional service
- Participate in ongoing skill development workshops
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Passion for animal welfare and physical fitness
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Willingness to complete paid certification program
- Must pass background check and drug screening
