Responsibilities
- Safely walk dogs in various Lincoln neighborhoods and parks
- Administer medication and specialized care as required
- Maintain detailed pet activity logs and owner reports
- Transport pets to vet appointments and playdates
- Implement positive reinforcement training techniques
- Ensure pet safety during all outdoor activities
- Manage client communications and scheduling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional pet care experience
- Valid Nebraska driver's license and insured vehicle
- Red Cross Pet First Aid/CPR certification
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and walk up to 5 miles daily
- Excellent time management and reliability
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Background check clearance required
