Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable leash walks for 3-5 dogs per group
- Monitor pet health and behavior during walks
- Administer basic care (water, waste cleanup, treats as instructed)
- Maintain detailed activity logs for each client
- Communicate professionally with pet owners via text/email
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and route planning
- Attend mandatory training sessions and team meetings
- Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year pet care experience OR strong animal handling skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and walk 3+ miles daily
- Excellent time management and punctuality
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training provided)
