Responsibilities
- Provide safe, engaging on-leash walks for 2-5 dogs at a time
- Administer medications and monitor pet health during walks
- Maintain detailed client logs and communication via mobile app
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Transport pets in company vehicles when required
- Build positive relationships with pet owners and their companions
- Participate in weekend and evening walk rotations
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean record (if using company vehicle)
- Reliable transportation to Minneapolis neighborhoods
- Physical ability to handle dogs up to 80 lbs
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Experience with basic dog behavior training preferred
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends
- Passion for animal welfare and customer service
- Background check and drug screen required
