Responsibilities
- Safely walk dogs of various sizes and breeds in residential and park settings
- Administer basic care including feeding, hydration, and medication administration
- Maintain detailed daily activity logs and client communication via mobile app
- Practice strict safety protocols during all walks and transport
- Provide playtime and enrichment activities tailored to individual pets' needs
- Attend monthly training sessions to expand pet care knowledge
- Uphold company standards for cleanliness and professionalism
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and walk 5+ miles daily
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Passion for animal welfare and safety awareness
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Background check and drug screen required
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training provided)
- Smartphone proficiency for scheduling and reporting
