Responsibilities
- Safely leash and walk dogs (1-4 per group) in designated neighborhoods
- Provide fresh water, administer medications as directed
- Monitor pet behavior and report health concerns
- Maintain detailed client notes via our mobile app
- Execute drop-in visits for feeding/playtime
- Uphold strict safety protocols during all outings
- Build rapport with pets and their owners
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Minimum 1 year professional pet care experience
- Strong knowledge of dog behavior/breed characteristics
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability weekdays 7AM-7PM and weekends
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to lift 25lbs and walk 5+ miles daily
