Responsibilities
- Safely walk and exercise dogs in Lubbock neighborhoods while maintaining digital route logs
- Provide real-time photo/video updates to pet owners via our mobile app
- Administer basic care (feeding, medication) as specified in client instructions
- Monitor pet health and behavior, reporting concerns promptly
- Manage scheduling and client communication through our digital platform
- Transport pets to veterinary appointments or dog parks as needed
- Maintain detailed digital records of services provided
Qualifications
- Proven experience in dog handling or professional pet care
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable insured vehicle
- Strong understanding of canine behavior and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills and tech-savvy (app proficiency)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to walk multiple dogs simultaneously (up to 4) with control
- Clean background check and pet first aid certification preferred
- Resident of Lubbock or surrounding area for efficient routing
