Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs simultaneously (max 4) in Philadelphia neighborhoods
- Provide real-time photo/video updates via mobile app during walks
- Administer basic care (water, treats, waste cleanup) per client instructions
- Maintain accurate walk logs and client communication
- Adapt to varying weather conditions and terrain
- Attend monthly team meetings for training and feedback
- Uphold strict safety protocols for dogs and pedestrians
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog handling experience
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Reliable smartphone with data plan
- Physical ability to walk 3+ hours daily
- Knowledge of Philadelphia's dog-friendly parks/routes
- Strong attention to detail and punctuality
- Certification in pet first aid/CPR preferred
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
