Responsibilities
- Provide safe, engaging walks for 5-8 dogs per group or 1-2 private walks
- Monitor pet health, behavior, and environmental safety during outings
- Maintain detailed activity logs and client communication via our app
- Administer basic care (hydration, waste cleanup, leash handling)
- Transport pets to/from appointments using company vehicles
- Uphold strict safety protocols and emergency response training
- Build client relationships through exceptional service reliability
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional dog handling experience
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Certification in Pet First Aid/CPR required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in South Florida weather
- Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English/Spanish
- Passion for animal welfare and customer service excellence
