Responsibilities
- Safely leash-walk dogs in residential areas, parks, and designated trails
- Provide attentive supervision during group play sessions at our facility
- Administer medications and follow specific care instructions for special-needs pets
- Maintain detailed digital logs of walks, behaviors, and client communications
- Uphold strict safety protocols during off-leash play and transport
- Build trust-based relationships with both pets and their owners
- Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional dog walking or pet care experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Certification in Pet First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional knowledge of dog behavior and handling techniques
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work weekends and early mornings
