Responsibilities
- Safely walk and supervise dogs (1-4 at a time) in Scottsdale neighborhoods and parks
- Provide feeding, medication administration, and basic pet care as needed
- Maintain detailed logs of pet behavior, activities, and client communications
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Build strong relationships with pet owners through exceptional communication
- Transport pets to/from appointments using company vehicles
- Participate in weekend and holiday coverage rotations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking or pet care experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and smartphone with GPS
- Certification in Pet First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Strong physical ability to handle active dogs in varied terrain
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
