Responsibilities

- Define and implement quantum-ready security protocols and data sovereignty strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in automation and edge computing.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and establish best practices for high-performance computing.
- Conduct technical due diligence on emerging technologies to roadmap our 5-year development cycle.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with proven experience deploying large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong background in AI/ML system design, including MLOps and model inference optimization.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
