Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI/ML systems for the 2026 roadmap.
- Define technical standards and best practices for model deployment and data governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to enhance model performance and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience deploying large-scale models in production environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
