Responsibilities
- Oversee VIP guest experiences and coordinate staff across 15+ concurrent event zones
- Manage emergency protocols and resolve client issues with discretion and professionalism
- Train and supervise 20+ temporary staff members in brand ambassadorship techniques
- Coordinate logistics with venue partners and vendors for seamless execution
- Implement post-event feedback systems to enhance service quality
- Develop innovative crowd management strategies for high-attendance events
- Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and luxury service standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of premium event management experience in luxury/corporate settings
- Proven ability to manage teams of 15+ staff during high-pressure scenarios
- TAMS or Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification preferred
- Advanced conflict resolution and crisis management skills
- Proficiency in event management software (Cvent, Eventbrite Pro)
- Valid Texas Food Handler/Seller certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
