Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, tea, and fountain drinks.
- Operate espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment with precision and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace, including the counter, dining area, and restrooms.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and upsell products when appropriate.
- Handle cash and credit transactions using the POS system efficiently.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment according to health standards.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; comprehensive training provided.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation and a valid work permit.
- Passion for coffee and the ability to learn new recipes quickly.
