Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setup, guest registration, and breakdown procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to VIP clients and attendees
- Manage crowd flow and ensure venue safety compliance
- Coordinate with vendors and internal event teams
- Operate AV equipment and manage registration systems
- Troubleshoot on-site issues with professionalism
- Uphold brand standards through polished appearance and conduct
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional event or hospitality experience
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 30 lbs
- Basic knowledge of event technology (registration apps, AV)
