Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person coffee preparation and digital order management
- Master brewing techniques for espresso, pour-overs, and specialty beverages
- Operate POS systems remotely for order processing and inventory updates
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in both physical and digital workspaces
- Collaborate with team members via virtual tools for scheduling and inventory coordination
- Train on new menu items and remote protocols through digital learning modules
- Source and recommend premium coffee beans and sustainable products
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of coffee service or customer experience
- Proficiency in digital tools (Google Workspace, POS systems)
- Ability to work 20-30 hours weekly with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication skills for in-person and virtual interactions
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
