Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and access control at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and resolving attendee issues
- Monitor event spaces to ensure safety protocols and crowd control compliance
- Coordinate with vendors, security teams, and event managers for seamless operations
- Assist with setup and breakdown of event equipment and signage
- Handle cash transactions and point-of-sale operations when required
- Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to supervisors immediately
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government-issued photo ID
- Previous event staffing, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in outdoor/indoor environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of crowd management and emergency procedures
