Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium espresso beverages, drip coffee, and seasonal specialties with precision
- Engage warmly with guests, memorizing preferences and creating personalized experiences
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate sales records
- Ensure cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas at all times
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and quality control of coffee products
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to maintain seamless service flow
- Participate in ongoing coffee education and menu development initiatives
Qualifications
- 6+ months of barista or customer service experience in a high-volume setting
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods, bean varieties, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional communication skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash and inventory tasks
- Availability to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
