Responsibilities
- Manage guest flow and maintain crowd control at event entrances/exits
- Distribute promotional materials and event information to attendees
- Assist with setup, teardown, and venue preparation tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries
- Monitor event spaces to ensure safety and adherence to protocols
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event operations
- Manage inventory and equipment during event transitions
- Report venue maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
