Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and tear down event spaces according to venue requirements
- Greet attendees, check tickets, and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage crowd flow and enforce venue safety protocols
- Assist with vendor coordination and operational support
- Respond to attendee inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with team leads to execute event schedules
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend and evening shifts (including holidays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation to Fort Worth event venues
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic knowledge of crowd control principles preferred
- Must pass mandatory background screening
