Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at concerts, festivals, and corporate events
- Execute crowd management, access control, and VIP guest protocols
- Operate specialized event equipment (AV, security systems, registration tech)
- Enforce safety standards and emergency response procedures
- Coordinate with venue staff and vendors for seamless operations
- Manage inventory and resource allocation at event sites
- Document incident reports and performance metrics post-event
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with valid government-issued photo ID
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Previous event/concert/hospitality experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of crowd management and safety protocols
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Reliable transportation to event locations across El Paso
