Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest registration and credential verification
- Manage crowd flow and maintain venue safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service at information booths
- Coordinate vendor setup and tear-down operations
- Assist with emergency response and incident reporting
- Operate technical equipment (audiovisual, staging)
- Support VIP guest experience management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or event experience
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods in fast-paced environments
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Basic first aid/CPR certification required
- Ability to lift 25 pounds repeatedly
