Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest experiences through attentive crowd management and VIP protocol adherence
- Coordinate complex venue setups including audio-visual equipment and branded installations
- Implement safety protocols during emergency situations and weather contingencies
- Deliver dynamic brand ambassadorship through product demonstrations and interactive activations
- Maintain real-time communication with event leads via digital dispatch systems
- Manage credential verification and access control for restricted areas
- Document operational insights through post-event analytics reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in hospitality or live event environments
- Professional certification in crowd management or event safety preferred
