Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest assistance at venue entrances, registration desks, and information stations
- Manage crowd flow and ensure compliance with venue safety protocols
- Distribute promotional materials and event information to attendees
- Operate basic event equipment (ticket scanners, signage, directional displays)
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event spaces and furniture arrangements
- Report venue maintenance issues or guest concerns to supervisors
- Maintain professional appearance and represent brand standards at all times
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Reliable transportation to various Philadelphia event venues
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic English proficiency and customer service mindset
- Must pass mandatory background check
