Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes
- Ensure venue safety and enforce crowd control protocols
- Assist with setup, teardown, and equipment management
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees
- Coordinate with vendors and event management team
- Handle ticket scanning and access control
- Respond promptly to attendee inquiries and concerns
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of event protocols a plus
