Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes
- Direct attendees to venues, restrooms, and amenities
- Distribute promotional materials and event swag
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety compliance
- Assist with vendor setup and breakdown logistics
- Collect and report attendee feedback
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand for 6+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid CA driver's license preferred
- Availability for weekend/evening shifts
