- Execute seamless crowd control protocols for high-traffic venues using modern event tech
- Coordinate with vendors and security teams to ensure operational excellence
- Manage VIP check-in processes with precision and discretion
- Deliver brand ambassador-level customer service during 4-8 hour shifts
- Operate digital registration systems and real-time communication platforms

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years high-end hospitality or event experience
- Professional appearance with ability to maintain composure in fast-paced environments
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with mobile event management software
- Red Cross First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours with frequent walking
