Responsibilities
- Expertly craft specialty coffee beverages while maintaining quality standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Manage café operations including inventory, cash handling, and POS systems
- Collaborate remotely with team on scheduling, training materials, and marketing
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in all café areas
- Develop coffee knowledge and seasonal menu expertise
- Participate in monthly virtual team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year barista experience or equivalent coffee craft training
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
- Comfortable using digital tools for remote admin tasks (Google Workspace, scheduling apps)
- Flexible availability including weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory management
- Positive attitude and passion for coffee culture
- Reliable transportation to Virginia Beach location
- Strong communication skills for both in-person and remote interactions
