Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, customer service, or event coordination
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with flexible availability
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Physical stamina to stand for 6+ hours and lift 25+ lbs
