Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and VIP check-in processes
- Execute event setups including seating, décor, and signageProvide exceptional customer service and attendee assistance
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce venue safety protocols
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for seamless operations
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate concerns to supervisors
- Assist with breakdown and post-event cleanup
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Previous event/concert/hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to event venues
