- Maintain accurate records using our proprietary hospitality software
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years in luxury hospitality or high-end customer service
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Ability to work independently under pressure during peak hours
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Spanish fluency highly preferred
