Responsibilities
- Provide personalized walking and care services for 3-5 premium dogs per assignment
- Implement customized exercise and enrichment plans based on breed-specific needs
- Administer basic medication and monitor pet health during outings
- Utilize GPS tracking and photo/video updates for client transparency
- Maintain detailed care logs and incident reports
- Coordinate with pet owners via our premium client portal
- Participate in ongoing pet behavior certification programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years professional dog handling experience
- Certification in Pet First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Proven track record with high-energy or special-needs breeds
- Exceptional communication and client management skills
- Reliable transportation and smartphone with GPS capabilities
- Ability to work independently in various San Antonio neighborhoods
- Strong knowledge of canine behavior and safety protocols
- Availability for early morning/late evening shifts
